Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so and receive a full refund.

Once construction begins on a custom order, the customer is entitled to 50% refund of the purchase price. The other 50% will be retained for materials, scheduling, and work that has already been done. If the item is not customized i.e. sizing, color selections, etc. the item will be refunded at 100% of the purchase price, prior to being shipped. Once shipped the item can not be refunded but may be returned and replaced. See Conditions for Return.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Conditions for returns:

Completed items are not eligible for refunds. However you may return it, if it does not fit (based on the measurements you provided) or there is a material defect you are unhappy with. The item should be returned in the condition it was sent within 10 business days of receipt. Once received, we will work with you to create another garment that better meets your expectations.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any garment/item that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to replace an item without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
